The Hasaan A. Kirkland Developing Artist Scholarship is based upon the accumulative evaluation of the following criterion:
• GPA rank on a 4.0 scale
• Completion of a 1000 word essay/presentation (Topic designated by the National Office)
• Declared major in the visual and performing arts
• Achieved 45 hours toward graduation
• Demonstration of a confident level of ability within chosen craft (Portfolio samples must be provided)
*Caveat: All artistic samples submitted for scholarship become property of Psi Rho Alpha National Office and will not be returned.
